For our online orders they are organised through our third party courier. If your location is outside of the radius, send us a message via email or Instagram or give us a call to organise delivery, price will vary depending on the km from the store.

A. Don't worry! If you haven't completed payment, please inform us so we can cancel that one for you.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the pick-up or delivery date are not refundable as we've started working hard on preparing your cake.
For cancellations between 48 to 72 hours, we'll refund 50% of the total payment after deducting an admin fee.
For cancellations made before 72 hours from the pick-up or delivery date, we'll refund 80% of the total payment after deducting an admin fee.
Absolutely! At Miilk Cake Studio, we understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule your cake order, simply let us know within 2-5 days before your original pickup or delivery date.
This will give us enough time to make the necessary adjustments and ensure your cake is ready for the new date. Please reach out via email or call as soon as possible to coordinate the changes!
